Refund policy

If an incorrect or damage product was delivered to you, please email us your order ID along with picture of the product. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. Please ensure the original product tag and packaging is intact. Please email us the pictures within 48 hours of receiving the parcel at info.yellowchidiya@gmail.com.

 

Please note:

• Products purchased during sale is non-returnable. 
• We request you to keep all communication with us either on our email ID – info.yellowchidiya@gmail.com or on our WhatsApp number – 9860110886.
• We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package. We would be happy to reship the package if the customer bears the shipping fee.
• Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hours of the delivery.
• All our products are handmade, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation in colour tone, shape or size may occur between products which is not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
